Heal the physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies to heal PTSD, Depression and Anxiety

Adopt a high nutrient diet. Only eat foods with a lot of vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants. Eat primarily whole fresh vegetables and fruit (with some nuts, seeds and whole grains- raw and organic is best -eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, especially spinach and kale.

Avoid processed foodsand refined sugar -generally speaking, they are toxic and are not nutritious and have no fiber and contain a lot of refined sugar/high fructose corn syrup and sodium.

Avoid refined sugar and sugary and artificially sweetened drinks such as soda and fruit drinks – they are toxic.

Drink at least 8 8 oz. glasses of filtered or spring water per day and green tea.

Squeeze fresh lemon and lime in your drinks.

De-tox with milk thistle and cilantro, along with hot water with fresh lemon and Himalayan or Sea salt.

Take good sized doses of vitamins – a, b complex, c, d3, k1 and k2 and trace minerals along with Co-Q 10 or Ubiquinol, turmeric or curcumin, fish oil and flaxseed oil supplements and coconut oil.

For anxiety, try valerian root, holy basil, kava kava, dark chocolate, chamomile, melatonin, passion flower, medical marijuana, Gaba-aminobutync acid (GABA) and triptophan.

For depression, try vitamins c,b complex and d3, st. john’s wort, Sam-e, 5 HTP, colloidal gold and silver, dhea, siberian ginseng (eleuthero), lion’s mane mushrooms and omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil supplements).

With respect to depression and anxiety, check your thyroid function. Stress reduction, detoxification and a diet that consists primarily of whole raw fresh organic vegetables (except for a lot of raw cruciferous vegetables) in salads and juices should improve the health of your thyroid. Avoid processed foods, refined sugar and starches. Drink pure water with fresh lemon. All this will help make your body/PH level alkaline and non acidic. This will help for thyroid health. Holistic research indicates the benefits of magnesium, iodine, selenium and zinc and protein powder supplements for thyroid health. Also, holistic research indicates the benefits of herbal supplement blends for thyroid health. Many of these blends include ashwaghanda, holy basil, l-tyrosine, kelp and shizandra among other herbs. For thyroid health, avoid gluten, dairy and meat.

Exercise daily – at least 2 to 3 miles of brisk walking and light weights.

Move, stretch, exercise and dance at home.

Turn off the news and turn on peaceful and harmonious music.

Stretch daily and do yoga – exercise, stretching and yoga help remove energy/emotional blockages and help get energy to flow freely through your body.

Meditate Daily. Start with five minutes a day and increase over time.

Zone out meditation before sleep – lie down, close your eyes, center yourself in your heart, breathe into your heart and focus solely on your breath as you get deeply relaxed.

White light meditation- sit comfortably or lie down and draw and breathe in visualized white light into your heart, solar plexus and torso – see YouTube videos for this.

Do visualization and prayer exercises to flush out and let go of the painful past and its emotional grip.

If you feel depressed, raise your vibrations- place your hand on your chest above your heart and below your neck and slap repeatedly for at least 15 times. Then stop and feel your vibrations rise. Alternatively, hum into your chest with a deep base hum (or the ohm sound). Feel your vibrations rise.

For depression, shift from your head into your heart and put your right hand over your heart, close your eyes and direct visualized white light into your heart.

For depression, meditate on the colors green, yellow and orange.

For depression, listen to vibrant and upbeat music, dance, laugh, smile and watch comedies.

For depression, get into nature with a lot of trees and greenery. Draw in all that green through visualization. Close your eyes and put the palms of your hands on tree trunks and draw energy from the trees through visualizations.

If you feel anxiety, take a moment, sit or lie down, shift into your heart and close your eyes and focus only on your breath for a couple of minutes. Then put your right hand over your solar plexus and direct visualized white light into your solar plexus.

For anxiety, focus on the color light blue and visualize or focus on photos or videos of large bodies of water or running water, or get into nature and spend time around large bodies of water or running water.

Express gratitude in prayer for all your blessings – make a list of what you are grateful for.

Do energy chord cutting visualizations to cut the energy chords that hold you to trauma and the painful past.

Be a positive thinker.

Focus on plans – write out plans and follow them, step by step.

Be in the moment with full focus, attention and awareness – experience the moment in your senses and not thoughts.

For positive thinking, do positive affirmations to change your beliefs from negative to positive ones.

Open your heart and mind and let go of rigid and negative beliefs.

Forgive yourself and all others and let go.

Mindfulness- when negative thoughts and emotions come in, distract yourself, and then substitute positive images and thoughts for negative ones or shift into your heart and be in the moment in your senses without thought.

Positive images include images of your loved ones and pets and happy scenes from nature.

When negative thoughts come in focus solely on your breath and smile gently until the negative thoughts pass.

Negative thoughts are thoughts that cause you to feel anger, fear, anxiety, worry, resentment, regret, jealousy, guilt, shame, etc. -they tend to be unfocused and uncontrolled thoughts from the side and back of your head.

Positive thoughts are focused and controlled thoughts from the middle of your forehead. They do not evoke negative emotions and they are normally focused on the details and process of positive activities – work, errands, day-to-day life, hobbies, etc.

Negative thoughts that cause stress include comparative, judgmental and controlling thoughts (be mindful when these thoughts come in and stop them -distract and substitute).

Get Reiki and other types of energy healing – this will help heal the energy body and remove energy blockages and attachments and get energy flowing freely again.

Reduce stress factors and conflict and drama.

Walk away from arguments – avoid clash of wills.

Avoid negative and toxic people, environments and situations.

Spend your time with kind, loving, happy and positive people and pets.

Get into nature often – the woods and greenery help with depression and running water and large bodies of water help with anxiety.

Get at least 15 minutes of sunshine on your arms and face.

Take salt baths and soak your feet in Epson salt – use some lavender essential oil in your bath.

Cultivate an ongoing feeling of inner peace and joy/high vibrations- raise your vibrations through visualization exercises – see YouTube videos for this.

Smile, laugh, dance and listen to music.

Cultivate inner peace and relaxation through your thoughts, speech, acts and activities.

Smell essential oils -lavendar, rose, vanilla and floral for anxiety and stress and orange and citrus for depression.
